Do I love my job?  You bet I do....................  I believe to do the best job possible it takes a committment of 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  When The Real Estate Market heats up and the "Buying and Selling" reaches a frenzied pace even 24/7 doesn't seem enough!

This brings me to the point of Buyers and Sellers representing themselves when buying and selling properties. WHY DO THEY DO IT?  With Huge amounts of money and large investments at stake why do people risk doing this themselves?  TO SAVE MONEY?  or do they just think they do?

There are lots of points and arguments on this subject - but I'll just give you one for now.  Ever hear between a rock and a hard place?  When the  Buyer approaches a For Sale By Owner he wants a deal  because he knows the Seller is not paying a commission.  The Seller thinks he should also make more money when he sells his home because he is not paying a commission.  So we have two people arguing over the same amount of money and of course someone is not going to win!  How can you be sure which end you will end up on?  When the right Real Estate Agent gets involved they negotiate to get the best possible result for their Client.  They make sure you come out the Winner!
