SCHOOLMATTERS.COM - This site provides everything you need to make an educated decision about what school may best fit your child's needs. All the relevant numbers are there size, test scores, teacher/student ratio as well as community income, education levels and median home values with state averages.
HOUSEBLOGS.NET -A fun site that lets you share the ups and downs of remodeling. If you have ever wondering if you could do an "Extreme Make-over" check out this site. Folks just like you took the "Plunge" and are chronicling the triumphs and tragedies of their undertaking. |

ZILLOW.COM - At any given moment you can look up the value of your home. Its a pretty new site so some homes may not appear - but heck, you can always check out that house down the street that you have always wondered about!
BANKRATE.COM -No single site will give you every rate and option. Bankrate.com gives you the most. Be sure to hit local banks to see if they can match the lowest rates you found on-line.
HOMEPAGES.COM -You may be finding homes on line that look pretty good to you, but how can you tell the distance to the nearest Restaurant or Wal-Mart. This site gives you an "eye in the sky'.
CYBERRENTALS.COM - There is a yearly charge of $158.99 a year so that may mean this is not the cheapest way to find paying guests. But for vacation home landlords it may be a good investment. Listings are organized by region, descriptions and photos.

HOMEPLANS.COM - How do you turn your mental image of your dream home into a four-walled reality? This site sells thousands of readymade Blueprints each $1,000.00 or less. You can even customize a plan using the in-house design team. But that will cost you extra.
moving.move.com/move/tools/movingcalc.asp - Next time you are breaking out the packing peanuts and need a ball-park figure for expenses check out the moving calculator at this web site. Estimates are based on distance and how many furnished rooms you have.
